These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the terms and conditions under which NB BEAUTY PARIS brand hair cosmetics, operated by Nabila OUCHENE, are sold on the nbbeautyparis.com website. By placing an order on this website, you unreservedly accept the GTC below.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of hair cosmetics offered by the NB BEAUTY PARIS brand, and to govern all the steps necessary for placing and tracking the order.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the nbbeautyparis.com website at the time of consultation of the website by the buyer. Nabila BOUSEBAA reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes. They do not include delivery charges, which are specified when the order is validated. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
4. Ordering
The buyer may place an order online, based on the product references available on the site. It is up to the buyer to select the products he/she wishes to order, according to the following procedures:
- Adding products to the basket,
- Validating the contents of the basket,
- Identifying themselves on the site or registering on the identification form, on which they will provide all the contact details requested,
- Choice of delivery address and method of payment,
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions,
- Confirmation of payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the GTCS and forms the contract. A summary of the order information and the GTCS will be sent to the buyer electronically.
5. Payment
Purchases are paid for by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method offered on the site. The card is debited when the order is validated.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when the order was placed. Delivery times are indicated when the order is validated. In the event of late or non-delivery, the buyer may contact NB BEAUTY PARIS customer service at info@nbbeautyparis.com
7. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the nbbeautyparis.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company Nabila BOUSEBAA. No person is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
9. Personal Data
Personal data provided by the buyer are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.
10. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
