- Standard Colissimo France: Delivery is by letterbox (without signature, or countersignature). This service offers tracking as well as a commitment on delivery times of 2 to 4 working days.
- Colissimo Outre-mer: Delivery is by letterbox (without signature, or countersignature), by hand or at a collection point, with tracking. Delivery times are indicative, ranging from 6 to 18 days (variable in times of crisis).
- Colissimo ECO Outre-mer: Delivery is by letterbox (without signature), with tracking available from October 2023. Delivery times are indicative, ranging from 18 to 28 working days (may vary in times of crisis), excluding customs delays.
Delivery commitment:
The Colissimo France and Colissimo Outre-mer services guarantee delivery in 2 to 4 working days for mainland France and offer indicative times (see above) for overseas territories.
Express delivery:
For fast delivery, choose the Chrono Relais service, which ensures next-day delivery of the order before 1pm in a relay (if the order is placed before noon/12pm), with a network of 16,000 relay points across France.
Economical delivery:
Opt for the Mondial Relay CpourToi service for economical relay delivery in 3 to 4 days, benefiting from a network of 12,000 relay points across France.
