3. Unopened Products for Refund: We only accept returns for cosmetic products that have not been opened or used. Opened, damaged or used products will not be refunded. Please verify product integrity before opening.

4. No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for cosmetic returns. Your refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase, excluding initial shipping costs.

5. Final Promotion and Personalized Products: Please note that final promotion products or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
